Monique Ware is the director of financial aid at Marian University. She has worked in the Office of Financial aid for thirteen years. However, her involvement in financial aid started her freshman year in college. The Office of Financial Aid was her work-study position and got her involved early in the financial aid process. This later led to her being hired in the office and she’s been there ever since.
Ware is responsible for managing and coordinating duties for the administration of federal, state, and institutional grants, scholarships, and loans. She will also manage the day-to-day operations of the Office of Financial Aid. Ware began her career at Marian in 2008 as Assistant Director of Adult Financial Services. She also served as an assistant jumps coach for Marian’s intercollegiate track and field team for six seasons.
Ware earned a B.S. in business management with a concentration in human resources from Marian University. She also holds a M.S. in management with a specialization in human resources from Indiana Wesleyan University.
